FAQ
1. Where am I located?
I live in Zurich, Switzerland but I am available for shootings all over Switzerland and worldwide.
2. When is the appointment fixed?
Once you receive a confirmation email from me regarding the location, time, and date, and I have successfully received your booking deposit, your appointment will be scheduled. Prior to this, I reserve the right to make further offers for that date.
3. How do we process the payment?
Please make the deposit payment promptly upon receiving the offer.
Please note that cancellations are not permitted, but you may reschedule up to 7 days before the photoshoot/event.
The remaining balance will be due within one week after the shoot and before receiving the photos.
4. When are the photos delivered and how?
I understand that waiting for results can be frustrating, so I will make every effort to deliver the edited pictures as quickly as possible, within a maximum of two weeks. In some cases, I may be able to deliver them even sooner. The final product will consist of high-resolution digital images only.
To view the photos immediately after processing, I will provide you with access to a password-protected online gallery, which you can share with your friends and family.
5. Can we spontaneously extend our booking?
If you wish to extend the booking beyond the originally agreed time, the subsequent package price will apply. If the number of working hours falls between two packages, the hourly rate will be calculated based on the smaller package.
6. Will the pictures be published?
Self-promotion is crucial for my business. Therefore, I may publish certain images. By placing your order, you agree that I may use the resulting images for exhibition, publication, or other purposes. I appreciate your willingness to share your beautiful moments and images.
I respect your privacy and kindly request that you inform me if you would like to keep these images just for you and your friends, and family when you send me a request for your booking package.
7. Do you retain the copyright of the images?
Yes, I retain the copyright to the images I take. You are welcome to share them online or with your friends for personal use only. Commercial use and any form of post-processing other than cropping are not allowed.
8. What languages do I speak and use for work?
I speak English and my mother tongue is Vietnamese.
